By accessing or using our Service and participating in the Innov8 Legal Hackathon Competition, which is part of the Global Legal Hackathon Competition, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to the Global Legal Hackathon Competition Official Rules and to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?

Information you provide to us directly. We may collect personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number, professional experience, occupation, organization and industry, personal or professional interests and any other information you provide to us when you sign up for our mailing list, participate in the Innov8 Legal Hackathon Competition, or otherwise communicate with us. We may also collect any communications between you and us and any other information you provide us in the course of such communications. You are not legally obligated to provide us the information. However, if you choose not to provide us the information, we will not be able to provide to with the Service.

We process your personal information for promotional purposes (including via direct mailing) only if you have given your specific, separate, free, unbundled and informed consent to the processing activity.

We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service, run and administer the Innov8 Legal Hackathon Competition, and communicate directly with you, such as to send you email messages. · Third-party vendors and other service providers that perform services on our behalf, as needed to carry out their work for us, which may include identifying and serving targeted advertisements, providing mailing services, providing tax and accounting services, contest fulfilment, web hosting, or providing analytic services;

THIRD-PARTY TRACKING AND ONLINE ADVERTISING

Keeping your information safe: We care about the security of your information and employ physical, administrative, and technological safeguards designed to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through our Service.
